For cards being sent with your cookies, you can either:

1. Type a BRIEF note in the message section during checkout for us to write in the card for you.

OR

2. Handwrite a note and send us a pic of it (reply to the confirmation email with the image), which we'll print out and washi tape to the inside of the card (but make it cute) so the writing in the card is yours.

  • When you checkout, you'll be able to see if we deliver locally to your zip code. But don't worry, if we can't deliver locally, we ship overnight to Southern California and ship nationwide!

  • Yes, when you checkout you'll be able to schedule your delivery date for local deliveries, or the shipping date (add 1-2 days for travel time).

  • Yes, there is a little section to add your gift note when you checkout. It will be printed on the packing slip and enclosed with your order - don't worry, no prices show!

  • Unfortunately, no. While we do offer gluten-free(ish) items, everything is made in same kitchen so there is risk of contamination.

  • Unfortunately, no. What can we say the people like the nuts. We do bake nut and peanut items separately though, if that helps?

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please email us orders(at)theverybestcookie.com and we'll work on a replacement.
