Help, the wrong address was entered!

All good, just reply to the confirmation email with the correct address an we'll take care of it for you.

Unfortunately once the package has left our bakery, the address can't be changed.

Can I change/cancel my order?

We can modify your shipping address or the contents of your order as long as it's before the fulfillment date (the date you selected at checkout, which will be on your order confirmation email), just respond to the confirmation email and we'll get back to you.

One the order has been dispatched by FedEx or local courier service, we cannot change the address.

Because we are baking for your order fresh for you, orders cannot be cancelled same day.

How do you ship?

To ensure freshness, all orders ship either FedEx 2 day shipping or Overnight. The shipping price will depend on the size of your package. Once your order ships the confirmation will be emailed or texted to you - whichever you chose at checkout.

When do you ship?

We ship on Tuesday, and Wednesday to ensure your cookies are getting to you as freshly as possible, i.e. they're not sitting in shipping purgatory over the weekend.

When can I order for pick-up

If you're in the LA area (or passing through) and want to order for pick-up, you will be able to select the date and time during check out. And pick-up is freeee!

How long will my cookies last?

While we always recommend eating them as soon as possible (i.e. as FRESH as possible), they will last a couple days. If you know it's going to be longer than that, we recommend popping them in the freezer. When you're ready to indulge, leave it out on the counter for an hour or pop it in the microwave for 15-30 seconds.

Great news: RKTs and The Fudgiest (brownies) will last for weeks if you let 'em. Store your RKT on the counter or cabinet, and the brownie in the fridge.

How do I bake my cookies at home?

Your cookie dough came with parchment paper and sea salt, don't lose those!  When you're ready to enjoy, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Place the parchment paper on a cookie sheet, and space out the dough balls 3" apart, you should fit all 6 on one cookie sheet.  Sprinkle with sea salt, and pop them in the oven.  Bake for 16-20 minutes from frozen, or 12-16 minutes from defrosted.  Remove from the cookie sheet when you take them out of the oven, you can just slide the whole piece of parchment paper off the cookie sheet even if it has a lip, just do it quickly and carefully!  You can check our Instagram highlights for visuals if that helps!
